With roots in Little Rock and education from Baptist Health School of Nursing, Andrea's journey in healthcare began at St. Jude Hospital, igniting her lifelong dedication to personalized patient care.
After years of clinical leadership and management, her unwavering empathy and commitment to individualized attention led her to establish Patient Care Independent Nursing Services, where she prioritizes genuine compassion and personal connections, believing that every client deserves the utmost care and support tailored to their unique needs. In 2023, at the Heart and Hustle Formal, Andrea was honored with the Medical Professional of the Year Award. Following, in April 2024, Andrea was honored to be a finalist in Urbane Magazine's Best Category for Best Caregiver/Assisted Living, highlighting her outstanding commitment to quality care and service excellence.
